You shuffled down the side walk in the ankle deep snow, hands shoved deep into your jacket pockets to prevent freeze. The winter months were lovely, with the white snow and ice, but you would much prefer if the cold wasn't so intense. Currently, you were headed to the mansion you spent so much time in, though frankly who wouldn't if all of your closest friends lived in one location.
It was tradition to pass the to the new year together, everyone with glasses of cider and funky hats or glasses to celebrate the passing (and survival) of a whole year. Despite the cold, you were rather excited to spend yet another holiday in the killer clustered mansion. Even with your expectations though, you did not see this coming.
As you opened the door, you were roughly dragged inside and instantly forced into the madness of preparing for that night. Glasses, glitter, and random boxes were being brought from in between the kitchen and living room, up the stairs, and even some people heading to the basement for unknown reasons. You grinned to yourself and threw your (f/c) coat over the railing of the stair case. "Hey (Y/n). Glad to see you could come again." Eyeless Jack said from behind you. He was barely balancing two boxes filled with glittery hats and crowns, one clearly about to tip over. You snagged it from his hands skillfully and smiled. "I wouldn't miss it if the sky was falling." Jack chuckled before continuing on his way to the living room. You followed close behind with the second box, nearly tripping over someone laying on the floor.
"What the hell!? Can't you watch where you're going?" A very irritated and exhausted Jeff said from the floor. "Sorry. I didn't see you there." You said with a sheepish laugh. Jeff glared up at you, a glint of amusement in his unblinking eyes. He then sighed exaggeratedly and turned back to what appeared to be fixing a strand of randomly colored lights. "Whatever..."
With that, you proceeded to stack the box on the glass table on top of the box E.J. had just carried in. You smiled in excitement, pulling out a (f/c) pair of 2014 glasses and put them on, the sparkles shining in the lights around the room. "How do I look?" You asked the nearest person. The proxy in the orange hoodie chuckled under his breath. "You look goofy." He said, taking the articles of party wear out of the boxes and setting them on the table. You smirked and nodded your head. "Good. Then I'm wearing them right." You removed the glasses and set them down gently on the table. You planned to help finish up the preparations, the thrill of the end of the year slowly eating away at your patience.
"Let's finish this up!"

Yells and screams of irritation filled the large room directed towards the elfish killer with the remote. "Just put it on already Ben!" You shouted, unable to remain silent any longer. Ben sighed dramatically and slowly proceeded to push the numbers belonging to your local news station. Every year the news station aired the big count down with the dropping of the large sparkly ball (sorry for the bad description.) With the end of 2014 in just five minutes, it was no wonder that there was a lack of patience in the room. Finally Jeff ripped the remote out of Ben's hands and flicked it to the proper channel, the room going eerily silent except for a series of complaints from Ben.
"It certainly has been an interesting year. I think we're all a little excited for the new year." The news anchor spoke in the chilly night air. There were crowds of people with lights and rather bright attire barely held back by the metal barriers and security guards. As the last minute ticked away, the man checked his watch, waiting until the the bright orange lights ticked to only ten seconds away. "And without further adieu, let's start the count down."
Ten...Nine....Eight...
You leaned on the edge of your seat, reflecting over the great year. It appeared as if the killers around the room were doing the same, some laughing to themselves or the people next to them.
Seven...Six...Five...
This is it. The end of 2014. The conclusion to another (great/interesting/not so awesome) year spent with the people you care about most. You debated on pausing the television, not quite sure with your emotions of the passing seconds.
Four...Three...Two
"HAPPY NEW YEAR!" The shout of 2015 drowned out the last second. You jumped to your feet and cheered as the bright orb dropped, the only sounds in the room being that of yelling and excitement. Goodbye 2014 and Hello 2015, you thought to yourself with a grin, taking in all the faces of your happy friends and looking forward to what the new year would bring.

Creepypasta x Marionette!Reader Puppet :Prologue:
I don't know what I was thinking, leaving my child behind..
"Mommy! Mommy!" A small girl wailed. A sinister chuckle echoed throughout the mysterious and dark room.
The girl, no older than 8, froze at the sound. She looked around her, only to see darkness. A bright light filled her vision and she winced at the sudden brightness.
Her tears fell harder as she noticed that her five friends that was taken along with her, were dead.
They were obviously stabbed to death, there blood leaking out onto the floor creating small pools of blood. She sobbed when she realized she was the only one left, alive.
The sinister chuckle long stopped and the s

Welcome To My Life Prologue
You know me right?
I wouldn't have thought so myself.
I can't believe what an idiot I was! And look at me now! I'm running from everything and everyone. On top of that, there are a bunch of teenaged fan girls that are trying to rape me. ME! Out of all the people on earth, they'd want to be with a tall, faceless man, who had to be dressed in a suit or he'd be killed by his sassy, gay brother. Why am I telling you this? Well, my sanity is at its brink, and this maybe the last chance I have to get my story out, and release the burden it holds.
Well, it's now or never!
*SIGH* Back in my realm, things were a bit weird, but the real trouble sta

Let me start off with saying I really hope this made sense. For lack of time, I didn't get the chance to read over this again. Second, I want to wish you all a proper Happy new year and I hope it is filled with the people you care for and love. Live this next year to it's fullest. And to anyone that already passed to the New Year, I hope it has started out wonderfully.
